Welcome to Mooya. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms of use.

1. Mooya

Mooya is a creative service where families can save children’s artworks and, when a parent or guardian chooses to, submit works for publication in Mooya’s world.

2. Account and guardian responsibility

The account must be used by an adult parent or guardian. You are responsible for the information provided in the account, for profiles created for children and for children using the app under your supervision.

3. Content and publication

You keep the rights to the artworks you upload. When you submit a work to Mooya’s world, you give Mooya a limited right to store, review, display and distribute the work in the service in order to provide the publication.

You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, personally identifying or otherwise unsuitable for children. Mooya may reject, remove or unpublish content that does not follow these terms.

4. Mooya+

Mooya+ is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. Price, period and any offers are clearly shown before purchase. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Mooya stable, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or free of errors. We may update the service and these terms. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you in the app or on the website.

6. Closing your account

You can request deletion of your account in the app. When an account is deleted, its profiles and saved data are removed in accordance with our privacy policy, except for data that must be kept by law.
